I couldn't have said it better myself. :-)

Dear Mom,

You are an incredible person and I am so blessed to have you as my mother. You sent me a birthday card last week saying that now that I have Ruby I can understand how much you love me. You are so very right! I also now understand just how much you did for me growing up, this mothering thing is hard work! :-) Not to mention how much you STILL do for me.

Although this blog is driven by the desire to document Ruby's life and our life as a family I have you to thank for instilling in me the appreciation for scrapbooks and memory keeping. Thinking of the amazing job you did for Josh and me in preserving our memories helps motivate me to blog when I sometimes don't feel like taking the time. THANK YOU for that!

I love you Mom. You are my biggest cheerleader, supporter, and I feel blessed to share my life with you.

When I came across the picture of Nana and me above at the beach I knew I had captured a similar yellow bathing suited moment with you and Ruby - I found the pictures and they have made me smile numerous time since. I love these unplanned coincidences in life. Thank you Mom for also being a wonderful Nana. Ruby adores you!
