We love summertime visitors! Just in the last two weeks we've had so many friends and family come to see us and its been so fun catching up with everyone.
We had the Hebert Family over for dinner last week. What a fun family! Dave (holding Ruby) was my highschool tennis coach and believe it or not he and Julie trusted me way back then to take care of their newborn baby boy Michael. I can't believe the little boy who I babysat back then is now 15!!
So fun to see how life comes full circle. Now "little" Michael is holding my baby!
Next up was a visit from Chris' long time friend and former roomate Luke. We miss Luke! He moved back to Washington a couple years ago and is now living in Oregon. It seemed like FOREVER since we'd seen him just because he had never met Ruby and our "pre-Ruby" days seem like a lifetime ago.... Come back soon Luke and next time stay a while!
Our weekend visitors were Uncle Josh and Aunt Louisa (soon to be official). They came down for a few days from Oakland. Ruby got to show them how much she's learned since we last saw them in March. Now she's walking, and talking, and riding a quad in the backyard. Of course they were quite impressed. We enjoyed seeing them over the weekend but wished they lived closer. Can't wait for their wedding in 2011!
On Friday night met Luanne and Time at Moreno's in Orange for some delicious Mexican food. Last time we saw the Green's was (surprise) at Moreno's. What can I say, Moreno's makes a mean cadilac margarita! We always have lots of laughs with these two. They have an amazing knowledge of Mariache band music and Ruby LOVED watching the band play and the Green's sing along. Fun times!

We also had a VERY special visit from the Hock family this weekend and we got to meet little baby Paige. She is precious and I have a bunch of photos of her so I'll be posting a follow up with many more pictures in the next day or two. We love you Hock family!
