A Mini Vacation

Last week we took a midweek mini vacation to Palm Springs and it was a great start to the summer. We stayed at the Viceroy and it was fun being back, we stayed there last before Ruby was born for our "babymoon" and I've wanted to go back ever since. Although I wouldn't normally think of the Viceroy as a family type resort it was the perfect spot to take Ruby. Our room was right off the pool so while Ruby napped Chris and I were able to lay by the pool and enjoy some quiet time alone.

Although our trip was a quick one Chris still managed to get in some early morning golf and I got to go to the spa for a relaxing massage. Chris and I even had a nice dinner "out" at the Viceroy's restaurant, Citron. If you get a chance try their burger - YUM!
