Zoomars

Last week we headed out on another fun play date with Erin and Connor. This time the destination was Zoomars in San Juan Capistrano. We had never been to Zoomars and it's been on our list of places to check out. It was a great place to take the littles. Zoomars pretty much has it all - a playground, a couple petting zoos, a train ride, and even "real" pony rides. Good times. :-)

Connor has been to Zoomars a couple times and was an old pro. He was great with the animals and loved hand feeding them!

Ruby on the other hand preferred the "stand a few feet away and throw the food towards the animals" method which I couldn't help but laugh at. What can I say? She just isn't sold on the animal thing.

So, so brave!

The train ride was definitely a highlight. We joked that it was like a date you'd see on an episode of the Bachelor - they had the whole train to themselves. Are they adorable or what?!?

I find this picture HILARIOUS.

It's as if Connor is telling Ruby all that he knows about Zoomars and Ruby is in awe of his intelligence.

Connor: "Mom, really?!?! You are embarrassing me on my date"

Ruby: "I just love him!"
