Macy & Ruby Gracie: Ru-Bee's 1st Halloween

I think it's safe to say our little Ru-Bee had a fantastic first Halloween! We spent the weekend with friends and family and it was just perfect. The festivities started on Friday with a trip over to PACE for Mommy's work party. We had fun visiting and seeing everyone. It had been a couple months since everyone had seen Ruby and they couldn't believe how much she had grown!

Later that night we had dinner with the Candlish family. They loved seeing Ruby all dressed up. Ruby's cousins can't wait until Ruby is old enough to join them trick or treating!

Saturday morning we had some Halloween fun around the house. We decided to skip the pumpkin carving this year and instead use a fun Mr. Potatohead set to decorate our pumpkin (Thank you Nana!). Ruby loved touching all of the pieces. She got a huge kick out of this activity!

Saturday afternoon we had a pizza party with the Bennett side of the family. Everyone came over to see Ruby on her first Halloween. It turned into a huge "photo shoot" but Ruby was a great sport. How could you not want to take a picture with this cute bumble bee???

Saturday night was spent with friends. We had a fun and relaxing night at Dori and Jeff's new home. They had plenty of trick-or-treaters and it was nice to just hang out and enjoy catching up with everyone. And SURPRISE we took more pictures!!
