To the newest graduate in our family - Congratulations! We are so proud of you Ashley!!
Two weeks ago we headed up to Santa Barbara to attend Ashley's graduation from UCSB. Considering I remember when Ashley was born this event made me feel OLD and pushing a stroller through Isla Vista didn't help! Oh how the times have changed.
Ashley, we are so glad we were able to be a part of your graduation celebration. You accomplished a huge goal. You've grown up a lot in the past couple years and it's wonderful to see you so happy with where you are in life. We love your new home with Nate, your new dog, and are so happy that you've already landed yourself a real job that you enjoy. YOU DID IT! Now just remember to come home and visit as much as you can.
Saturday night, the night before graduation we had a celebration dinner for Ashley downtown at Carlitos. The food was yummy! Ruby out on her special dress for the fiesta.

The ceremony lasted over two hours and Rubes made it through the whole thing! Thank goodness there was an area for her to play.
