A Poo Poo Party! YUCK.

"Hi Nana! Welcome to my party!"

Have you ever heard of a "Poo Poo Party"? No?!? I hadn't either. Sadly Ruby's Nana (and I) now know ALL too well what these parties are all about.

On Tuesday my dear daughter decided to have herself a Poo Poo party and let me tell you, this girl KNOWS how to party! As Nana puts it, "I think we may have an aspiring artist on our hands."

My new advice to new moms (and grandmas): Don't under any circumstances put your child down for a nap wearing just a diaper and a T-shirt. Nope. NEVER.

This is what Nana walked in on an hour after putting Ruby down for her afternoon nap. No sleeping for this busy girl. Nope. Not when you can take your own diaper off and play with your poop!

Mom, thank you for documenting this momentous event with photos. I can't believe you had it all cleaned up by the time I arrived home from work. You are the BEST. We owe you BIG time.

And Ruby, no monkey business during your teen years you hear? Get it all out of your system now. Daddy and I already decided we are keeping these photos to show any future boyfriends you try and sneak around with before we allow you to date. Mommy knows ALL the tricks and we aren't going to fall for it.
